Traditional Highland dances played on Highland bagpipes.
31 MP3 Songs
WORLD: Celtic, FOLK: Traditional Folk
Details:
At the age of four, Rob started Highland dance lessons from Adeline Duncan in Victoria BC. A few years later starting the pipes, he already had a great background in dance music.
He is currently in great demand around the Pacific Northwest as a dance piper, playing at countless Highland Games, Indoor competitions, Regional Championships and the USIR Championships.
In 1996 he also played bass on the very successful cd "Strictly Time" with Alan Walters and Rob McKendrick.
The first track on the recording is a piece to stretch and warm up to. It features Rob on Smallpipes and Elizabeth Nicholson on Celtic harp. Just use the track repeat function to give you a longer warm up.
Good luck with your competitions!
