Details:
Traditional Celtic music ensemble, Glasgow Kiss, weaves the melodies of guitar, fiddle and small pipes into a musical tapestry rich with the history of Scotia and Hibernia.

The Glasgow Kiss members have all settled in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area of Virginia. The band plays traditional tunes on traditional instruments.

The band's lead singer and guitarist, Edward Brash, hails from the "Scotch Line" in Ontario, Canada. Edward is a classically trained vocalist with a wide range. Edward has also won awards for his singing of tunes in Scots Gaelic and Irish.

John McGlynn is the band's fiddle player. John is a native of Scotland, growing up around Glasgow. John recalls vividly from his childhood the close family ties with Ireland. He has family in both of these Celtic nations.

Tom Crouch rounds out the trio with the Great Highland bagpipes, border pipes, and tin whistle, and also serves as the trio's percussionist with the bohdran and bones. Tom is a native born Virginian of Scots-Irish descent.
