Hey, I'm Blake Henderson and I am 17 years old. I am a Senior in high school. I have been playing my guitar since the age of 3 when I got my first one. I have been performing Country Music in public since October of 2006. I participated in the Rising Star program at the Rodeo Opry and have been playing ever since. I also like to write songs and hope someday you will hear them on the radio!! You can hear "She's My Everything" and "I'll Be There" on Myspace. I cut my teeth on music from the Great George Jones, the Infamous Johnny Cash, the one and only Merle Haggard, the master Conway Twitty and the humble Don Williams. I would sing those in the music room at my PaPa's house. He had everything I needed. I also love Jason Aldean and Gary Allan's style. I presently perform at The Rodeo Opry, The Oklahoma Opry, CMSA, the OKC fairgrounds and many festivals such as Yukons music in the park. I appeared on the July 6th Vegas Edition of Americas Got Talent. I was eventually eliminated to clear the path for two great performers, Michael Grimm and Taylor Mathews.
