To the music of Rick Knowles. A voice inspired by the likes of Richard Marx and Jon Bon Jovi, Rick has the type of vocal ability that can reach out and pull you in with just one word. Whether it be an upbeat groove, or the sweetest of ballads, the passion he portrays in a song is truly inspiring!

Growing up in a small town twenty minutes west of the Nations Capital - Ottawa, Ontario Canada, Rick continues to hone his craft. Starting at an early age, Rick began writing lyrics and playing the piano passionately. From that moment on, he knew exactly what he wanted to be. Writing songs became his pastime. And soon he would begin his journey to the top. Coming from a musical family, Rick plays a number of instruments. Starting out singing and playing the piano, he soon picked up the guitar, bass, drums, sax, and harmonica. Later in life, his accomplishments continue. Heâs released 2 songs that both received solid airplay locally. Heâs been a winner and finalist in four songwriting competitions. And has received 3 invitations to perform before thousands at the Canada Day festivities on Parliament Hill. Heâs able to compose, perform, and produce all of his own material. A truly gifted artist with loads of untapped talent. When it comes to âliveâ performance, Rick is totally in his element. A natural sounding voice that not only sings a song, but tells a story with every word. Rick has been performing in front of people for years.

Currently heâs released a brand new album titled âRushâ Word on the street is that he is destined to become Canadaâs next âbigâ musical export! I believe that the music industry should and will discover Rick Knowles. From a small town in Canada, to the bright lights of the music business, Rick is ready to take on the world!
