Acoustic honky tonk country with some bluegrass and Americana.
12 MP3 Songs
COUNTRY: Traditional Country, COUNTRY: Bluegrass
Details:
This CD contains Country music through and through. And we ain't talkin about that bad 70's pop rock with steel guitars and big hats that you're hearing on the commercial radio stations these days. Now, I'm not sayin that stuff is all bad. It just seems like pure country music is getting harder to find.
This is my second CD, and this one is all acoustic. I guess that's just because I've been having an allergic reaction to the overblown, over-produced, and over-priced music that the "industry' is trying to force on us these days. With few exceptions, it seems to me that the best new music currently available seems to come from the independent artists.
And speaking of "over-priced"; don't let the price tag on this one fool you. I just think that as a rule, CD's tend to cost a bit more than they should these days. And, since I'm in a position to do something about that on this one, I did. So, give a listen to the samples. And if you like what you hear, pick up a copy or two.
