ON DECEMBER 24, 2005 UNCLE ED PASSED AWAY. I started "LOVE" project while I was helping care for him in his last days. "LOVE2" is a continuation of this work. I'd like it to be as powerful as the first love, revisiting some of the insights I've gained while contemplating living and dying, and how to make peace with life, right in this very moment. ENJOY!

MUSIC: A NEW KIND OF SENSATION
Weâve not managed to put into words what Brianâs fans have already witnessed about him and his music...Brian shines with a talent and style all his own. He began producing his own shows when he was ten years old. Training classically as a pianist and singer, Brian elaborated on his skills, molding his own, unique method that would have rivaled any program at the esteemed Juilliard School. Destined for GREAT-HOOD, Brian moved to Las Vegas in the Winter of 2004.

Brian studies and practices Buddhist Meditation in the tradition of Vietnamese Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hanh. Brian's lifelong commitment to sobriety carries on through his music, where he hopes to be an inspiration to others on the path of clarity, non-violence, responsibility and freedom from suffering.

Musically, Brian has been inspired by many artists, including: Tori Amos, Elton John, Judy Garland, Rufus Wainwright, Stevie Wonder and Liberace. When Brian was just starting to learn piano, his grandfather would tape episodes of the Liberace Show for him...

Brian writes, âI was a big fan of Liberace when I was young. My grandfather would tape The Liberace Show for me. We'd watch them together, grandpa and I, and he'd suggest what songs to play. Grandma would teach the songs to me by writing numbers on a notepad, corresponding to numbers she had taped on the piano keys: An in-genius system! You can see Lee's influence occasionally in my outfits, and in some of my delicate mannerisms.â

Brian's music transports audience's to other realms, introducing a new kind of sensation not often found in popular music. Fans rave, âBrianâs music touches me deeply. His voice, his gestures and the way he plays, moves me to tears, and makes me want to sing. Brian puts all his love and passion into what he does. He truly is a star, and makes me feel like one too. Pure magic!â

âI heard Brian Kimmel sing and play piano and I was moved to tears within minutes, uplifted and awed. He is one of the most talented musicians I have encountered. He is also a beautiful spiritual being. And, he is only 24 years old.â -Ellen Laura, Triumph Coaching

âImpressive piano work, eloquent vocals and thought-provoking lyrics, all intertwined with touches of flamboyant charm.â -Methow Valley News
