The Bleeding Irish is an Irish rebel folk rock band from Southern California. With their newest release of "Friotaíocht," TBI has been nominated for the Annual Celtic Music Awards in the USA and just recently played a show in County Galway, Ireland.

The Bleeding Irish is an Irish rebel folk rock band from Southern California. With their newest release, "Friotaíocht," TBI has been nominated for the Annual Celtic Music Awards in the USA and just recently played a show in County Galway, Ireland.
While they are most known for their high energy live shows, The Bleeding Irish proves to be focused in the studio as well. Their latest album combines new takes on traditional Irish favorites and sailor sea shanties from the 1700s with a collection of originals. Their lyrics focus on Irish history, struggles, and heroes. By combining electric guitars and drums with traditional instruments such as the acoustic guitar, mandolin, concertina, violin, banjo, and tin whistle, their musical style is unique and exciting.
