Hello...My name is Johnny Goings and this is my third album....It is a Rock Adult Contemporary Type Thang with
A couple of Country Tracks and even two gambling songs thrown in.....I play almost all of the instruments on most of the tracks on a few I play them all, like on the song " A Far Cry" , that's all me and the piano on " Why Not The Moon " is all me
as well...The studio gave me a deal so I got canceled quite a bit. Whenever he had someone come in that payed more I got canceled so I t took long time to finsh it.....I used to gamble quite a bit on the video lottery machines hence the gambling songs but now I set a limit that I can spend and I do it that way now....
One of my best friends Dale (Diamond) Callies plays the lead guitar on most of the tracks....he just recently
passed away from alchohol poisoning...his liver and kidneys quit working....he was a great player and a great friend and I miss him alot.....I used todrink quite a bit myself but I have cut way way back on that....I also quit smoking about a year and a half ago...that was tough...I still want to smoke..like right now I am jonesing for a cigarette...but ...no...I won't have one...
anyway..the song "A Piece of This Guy" is about my two daughters who now live on the East Coast...I miss them....I hope that you enjoy listening to the tracks...I also have two other albums out on CDBABY....my first
