âI grew up listening to Canadian radio, following stars like Bryan Adams, Celine Dion, Alanis Morissette. People that helped set the stage for the current crop of great Canadian artists like Nelly Furtado, Drake, Michael Bublé, Bieber, Nickelback the list goes on and on. Add to that Savage Garden, and American influences like Enrique Iglesias, Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, The Backstreet Boys and of course the King of Pop Michael Jackson. To top it off, throw my European heritage into the mix. I grew up in a household where Portuguese music filled the airwaves non-stop around the clock. Music has always been a huge part of my world and the thing I think I love most about it is this: Regardless of where you live, what language you speak or what type of mood youâre in; music has the power to absorb, change how you feel, even take you back to another place and time: And that to me...is Magic!â
