It's very rare to find three voices that blend nicely in a group. It's even rare to find such coming from three different cultures, three different provinces and all of them having parents who are pastors. Yet this is what Intense is all about. Comprised of three talented youngsters who come from diverse backgrounds, the story of Intense makes an interesting read. Equally interesting is their debut CD which one will find difficult to classify as any particular genre. Heart to Heart is truly a gem, with 14 wonderful tracks, the CD is destined to soar to new heights. The members of the group are Busi, Thandiwe and Tumi. Tumi is also the songwriter, having written all the songs on the CD except for one which he rearranged. With Tumi coming all the way from Limpopo province, Busi all the way from Mpumalanga and Thandiwe from KwaZulu/Natal, one will soon realise that their coming together was truly an act of God. This trio see themselves as ministers before being entertainers and this can be seen when they are on stage. The album itself can only be described as amazing. One only needs to hear it for themselves to understand why. It has just won South Africa's Crown Gospel Award for Best RnB/Rap Gospel Album. All three have aspirations of doing solo projects and judging from their commitment to God and music, it is evident that their solo projects will equally be record breakers.
