Flash Bastard began with three high school rebellious delinquents: Donal Finn, Dan Fazio and Pete Mills. With the addition of drummer Shawn Mrazek, Flash Bastard became the tightest band in Canada. This inspired demo recordings, which got the attention of many major record labels. Eventually inking a record deal with Los Angeles based major label the band went from the studio to the stadium with 2 months. As the abrasion of Flash Bastard progressed the public at large were witness to arrests, kidnapping, lock down, pre-trial, drunk tanks, riots, airborne off of draw bridges onto ferries, bloodstained interiors of studios and moving vehicles, breaking and entering, border detention, alleyways and dumpsters, near fatal head on collisions with ferries and freeway cars, last minute song arrangement in hospitals, sold out stadium and club tours, surgeries and therapy to repair stage wounds, public feuds with huge rock bands, girlfriend swapping, top criminal psychologists, orgies, car crashes, police bans from islands, showered with fan appreciation in the form of beer bottles and cans, drunk on xmas and now spiritual harmony.
