Avalanche Express was created and conceived in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains outside the Mile High City of Denver.

David Day, Shawn âFlitz Alanâ Palmer, and Micah Lundy join forces to collaborate, share and cultivate their talents to create this album. A synergy and bond is clearly formed by the three musicians. Special thanks to James Han and Steve âSmittyâ Smith who also performed on the album.

Avalanche Express is a multi instrumental album that is held down by the acoustic and electric guitar, Harp and vintage stripped road house drums and many other instruments.

The vocals and lyrics bring special meaning to the music in the album which allows you to have time to think, breath space and absorb what has been written.

The album kicks off with Graveyard Dash a Cajun gumbo foot stomp which tells a story.

Spirit of Time and Canât Stop Now are haunting introspective cerebral songs that will make you think in terms of oneâs life, mind and soul. The essence of Spirit of Time is captured by the piano track performed by James Han.
