Greetings and welcome. Hope you enjoy my page and that you give Jesus the glory. Iâve been singing for as long as I can remember. I would explode if I couldnât sing. When I met the Lord at the age of 12, singing took on a whole new meaning. Not only was it a release for me, but it became the channel for sharing my faith. The Lord has blessed me so much through the years, and Heâs taught me that itâs not about the singer; itâs about the song, the message, and the One who gives it. Iâve tried to write a song on my own, and believe me, it just doesnât work. So, I leave that up to the Lord, and I just hold the pen.
As a worship leader, itâs my burden to lead people to a place where they feel free to worship Jesus. God made us all unique, and worship is unique to every one of us in how we express it. But so many times when we come together, the last thing on our hearts is to worship Him. We end up just going through the motions or singing the words weâve become so familiar with and not really focusing our hearts and minds on the One who is so worthy of all our praise and adoration. He tells us in His Word that He âinhabits the praise of His peopleâ. What better reason could we have? He could allow the rocks and the mountains to cry out, but He longs to hear us, His children, lift up our voices to Him. What a privilegeâ¦..what a God!
