Preacher, teacher, musician, producer, composer, entrepreneur and native Memphian, AC grew up listening to the sounds of Stax, Motown and 70âs R&B groups. Introduced to gospel and jazz at an early age, he attended the acclaimed Watkins Overton High School and continued his musical studies at Memphis State University earning a degree in music in 1985. AC continues to perform with numerous established acts locally and nationally. His many interests have parlayed into several entrepreneurial endeavors - but God ALWAYS has the last word. A life-long Christian and ordained minister, the music of the church has always been at the core of his artistry. His debut CD entitled "I Surrender All" was birthed out of his lifelong experiences and his faith-walk with Jesus Christ. It features gospel traditionals, smooth originals and some head-bobbing music that will appeal to all generations. One listen and one will agree that his is an anointed talent â sanctified and destined to bless the body of Christ.
