Kieron A. Pickett better known by his stage name Pakman, was born on August 6, 1985, in Southeast, Washington, D.C. Pakman is a recording artist and songwriter. He has a younger sister and was raised in a single parent environment. Pakman attended schools in Washington, D.C. up until the age of 17 when his mother moved their family to Upper Marlboro, MD. At this time, he discovered that he wanted to be a performer. Rapping started as a hobby for Pakman but he quickly realized that he had a natural gift when he observed those struggling to do what he could do effortlessly. He began to feel like he could make an impact on the music industry. Pakman began professionally recording in 2007 with then producer now Manager, Mark Johnson for Beats 4 Me Productions. Pakman released a promo song, âDistrict Goes Downâ and performed at Bowie State Yard Fest in 2008.
