Tahitia , a native New Yorker and a classically trained pianist from an early age later discovered her voice while inspired by artists like Sade , Etta James , Johnette Napolitano and Dido . Her singing and songwriting career began with a cross-country trip in her car , destination .... Hollywood . Finding session work shortly after arriving in town , Tahitia's voice drew the attention of local songwriters and producers . While performing locally she began writing , co-writing and eventually recording her own material which culminated in this - her debut album "HERE" . "The journey continues".
