Home based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Staci Frenes has an acoustic pop/rock sound that has captured and held the attention of thousands of fans over the course of the five albums she has released on her own label, Longshot Records.

Staci currently has several songs receiving major network airplay (CBS' "The Young and the Restless", WB's Summerland ) and has also written for major release films. Several of her songs have been picked up by top publishers in LA and Nashville.

Staci claims musical inspiration from the likes of Annie Lennox, Joni Mitchell and Jonatha Brooke, but manages to carve out her own eclectic blend of acoustic pop.

With this, her fifth independent release, Staci and her production team have crafted an infectious multi-layered acoustic pop album. Melodic and lyrically insightful, the songs range from straight-ahead hook-driven pop to a more moody alternative feel with textured guitars and loops.
