Just released this Fall 2006. Feuds and Fridays is produced by Andy Leftwich of Ricky Skaggs Kentucky Thunder fame. It features an allstar cast. Rob Ickes on Dobro and Dave Pameroy and Berry Bales of[AKUS] on bassand of course Andy Leftwich on fiddle & mandolin .
Ten of the twelve songs are brand new originals by Steve Bonafel. Steve and his band One Iota were chosen to appear at the International Bluegrass Music Associations 2006 Showcase .An honor not easily achieved. There is a veriety of tunes that will hold your attention for the entire 45 minutes. Ballads of Feuds and gun fights handed down and told true to the facts but entertaining all the way. This cd is in the great bluegrass tradition but is inovative and uncompromising from beginning to end.
