The entries have been translated by his daughter, Helen (Eleni) Electrie Lindsay, born in Greece and now a resident of Minnesota. The book also contains many photos taken by Dr. Electris, along with archive photos, reproductions of political cartoons, letters between spouses, maps, a history of Greece's involvement in the war, and a timeline to give a greater sense of a country often overlooked in the scope of WWII.
