Running the Nordics

'Running the Nordics' is a runners or walkers - guide with two proposals of where to run in each of the Nordic country capitals; Copenhagen, Stockholm and Helsinki. It is for natives, residents, visitors and tourists alike.

There is a 4-5 km 'shorty' and a 8-10 km 'longy' for each capital. 'Running the Nordics' furthermore includes a personal introduction to each city by the author, presents the etymology of the name of the capitals, and presents other relevant runner-related info on terrain and climate. The 'shorty' and 'longy' routes are indicated on an easy-to-read and easy-to-memorise map. With 'Running the Nordics', running and experiencing the the capitals in the Nordic countries (in the EU!) is a piece of cake!
