Tahereh Salmassi has bee Traditionally singing since 1998 after she has lost her son Ali Salmassi who was last year student in medical school. Days bfor his passing, he asked his mother to sing to the world, because he believed her voice is very comforting and people will mediate with that. She told him No! But to honor his wishes after he joined his creator, she decided to sing to the world. She has been very critical in choosing to songs and the lyrics. She has published five albumes; Avaay-e-Nahaan, Duri Ze Baram, Maadar, Ensanam Arezoust & Mahe Man. Two of which includes CD & DVD in the same album: Maadar & Ensanam Arezoust. The first two albums: Avaay-e-Nahaan & Duri Ze Baram, were published in CD & Cassett Tape. The last one Mahe Man is an album with 2 CDs and it is the best collection of old traditional Music/Songs written by Iranian Legends of traditional music. All of Tahereh Salmassi's Albums were Produced & published by SPCMI.
