As the music took shape,it became apparent that the name SIX FOOT DEATHTRAP was appropriate for the developing tone... SIX FOOT DEATHTRAP's brand of metal is focused on a core signature sound while being textured with a wide variety of influences from Pantera, Machine Head and Killswitch Engage to Alice in Chains and Tool.

Anchoring the band is the bludgeoning rhythm section commanded by Johnny Verbeek, who is hellbent on destroying anything in his path. Johnny is aided in his pursuit of destruction by Derek Waters, whose sick bass tones add dimension and color to the low end...
