Plan A was once based in Brooklyn, NY and played with regularity in Brooklyn and Manhattan around the turn of the century. Josh Maxey, Rob Woodcock and EJ Fry make up Plan A. The intervening years, and miles, have the band on hiatus. Rob, now in CA, is pursuing music at the acclaimed San Francisco Conservatory, where he is nearly ending a two year masters program with a degree in Bass Performance. Josh has been reading, writing and undertaking the proper tasks to promulgate Plan A's and his own group's music (amongst other works). Mr. Fry continues to perform with a frequency which once characterized the Plan A itinerary. His various groups may be found on myspace and his own websites. The constitution of the new CD is both like, and unlike their debut. What was once missing is now in prescience. What was right from the beginning is augmented by the passing years.

Note from A: We're going strong. We've just release our new disc, finnished up a live recording, have our sites on a west coast tour this summer and will continue to gig on the east coast.
