The Wall is based on the true story of a daughter's loss of her mother and her relationship with her friends. Her friends, throughout their relationship, had been very fun-oriented and gradually became more distant as the girl grew up and they didn't really seem to be there for her until this incident of loss drew them all closer together showing their support and providing console. She grew up in the same house for most of her life living with her mother and after her passing, "The Wall" had started with a simple note written in nail-polish, a reassuring gesture of one friend that it would all be okay. Before long, it became an entire montage of pictures, messages, blessings and autographs. That's what this album is about.
