As a Gospel Hip-Hop Artist, E-dogg is a pioneer of Gospel Hip-Hop Music. E-dogg says, "I lived my lyrics and I rap about my life and times. Preaching the truth because that's what the gospel is, unadulterated truth."
E-dogg's raspy voice, street-savvy lyrics, and gritty and grimmy flow make his music style unique and original. .
As a seasoned gospel rap pioneer, E-dogg is no rookie. Touring for many years with international recording artist T-Bone, his appearances include performances on TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network), JCTV, Spirit West Coast, Hopefest, Washington 4 Jesus, and countless other events and venues.
In 2005, E-dogg stepped out on his own and released his debut album "Organized Livin." Touring extensively for four years, he found time to record and release his second album entitled "Resurrection" which was an album heavily focused on the apologetics and theology of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
E-dogg primarily has a passion for "Urban Ministry," currently serving as Senior Pastor at Word of Grace Ministries in San Francisco, he is also looking forward to releasing a 3rd and final album, work is in progress.
Though he stays busy, E-dogg understands that first and foremost, it's all about soul-winning and edifying the Body of Christ. Whether preaching at his home church or street-witnessing in the City, E-dogg stands as a true minister of the Gospel of Grace. Known for going places other ministries seldom go including prisons, projects, and the Barrio, "Urban Ministry" is his passion. From his pulpit he passionately shouts, "I'm a ride or die Christian for life doing this for the One who set me free, representing Christ and we taking this to the Nations!"
