Details:
A.D. DeLory is a pop singer & songwriter with a thirst for R&B, Hip Hop and Pop music. No doubt, coming from an ancestry of musicians and singers combined with his own expereince's feeds his soul. With such pro's influence's, like his multi Grammy award winning father, producer Al De Lory, and sister Donna De Lory (Madonna's longtime backup singer and solo artist), A.D. proudly realizes his musical heritage..... "Music is in my blood...What can I say, it's a tremendous gift that I have been given." DeLory began his musical career at the age of eight singing angelic voices for numerous television and radio spots and background vocals for recording artists in some of Los Angeles's biggest recording studios. This became a part of his everyday life. With an impressive resume already by the age of eleven, A.D. had already lent his voice singing background vocals on national commercials for McDonald's, Burger King, Kodak, Winchel's Donuts, Dole Banana, Sunmaid Raisens, and Knott's Berry Farm. He even lent his voice to the mechanical dolls for the world famous attraction "It's A Small World" ride at Disneyland. He also performed live on the Mac Davis Christmas Special, Carol Burnette Show, and Barry Manilow's "One Voice" Special. Heavily influenced by R&B, and anything with a beat, A.D. admits his facination with up tempo music, "I just liked the stuff that made me feel like dancing." Aretha, Donna Summer, and Patti LaBelle. He just could never get enough of their soulful sound. DeLory spent time on his craft defining his work as a songwriter perfecting his work and has amassed a catalog that redefines conventional pop, always searching for the perfect "hook." A.D. DeLory is a musical force who will continue his family's intense musical legacy. Currently, A.D. is in the studio working on songs for a CD due out this fall.
