Intricate, driving, brooding, flowing, pounding, soaring, weaving, molten, desolate, eclectic: beats strong and delicate, melodies sparse and intricate, and all very strange.

ELECTRONIC: Experimental, ELECTRONIC: Industrial

Details:
This is the second CD from Utenzil, a DIY electronic recording artist based in the Maryland/DC area.

Utenzil is the solo project of Mike Mc Morris, a multi instrumentalist electronic producer who, leveraging a lifelong alienation, has seized the opportunity provided by modern music technology to fuel strange sonic dreams. A quixotic last gasp? An exciting new beginning? Have a listen and decide, and thanks for taking the time to read this.

Most tracks are intricate instrumentals, with vocals on big in reyk, isnt as bad, and door #3 crushmix-- an earlier version of door #3 was voted #12 Best Beat and #7 Potential Soundtrack, both in in Electronic, All Time, by Garageband.com reviewers.

This CD is carefully recorded on 80 minute/700MB CDR, and includes more than one hour of music, so your CD audio device will need to play these (most modern ones do).

Utenzil pledges a portion of the proceeds from every CD of this title will go to charity, Barefoot Connections, a 501(c)3 Michigan non-profit corporation that provides in a number of ways to the First Nations communities.

Utenzil composes, performs and produces computer-centric electronic music incorporating live vocals, guitar, keyboard and digitally recorded live ambient samples.

Utenzil uses Ableton Live, Propellerheads Reason, Sony mics, Audio Technica mics, M-Audio mics and interfaces, Marshall mics, Tascam interface, Alesis effects and drum machine, Ibanez Guitars, Peavey and Mesa Boogie amps, Korg effects, Novation controller.
