Vicky Madelyn renowned for her gospel music talent has been singing since her early teens and still continues with what she believes as just the beginning of her calling.

As a young Christian, growing up in the world was tough for Vicky, although this did not faze her as she finally planted her feet in one of Londonâs biggest charismatic Pentecostal churches (PGDM), leaning on the one person she holds very dear and close â Jesus Christ.

âWithout Jesus I am nothingâ One thing we all as believers have in common is this statement! However Vicky emphasizes o the Truth in that statement when writing songs and âlove letters to Godâ as she calls it.

With such songs as âPraise Youâ and â Beautifulâ Vicky allows the Holy Spirit to guide her when writing her music and makes sure the messages are heard one way or another, while will acknowledging the difference between song ministration and word ministration of which she famously quotes;

âOne of the key fundamentals is that song ministration ushers the presence of God into an atmosphere and prepares a place (anywhere) for the word ministration or preaching to be carried out under the unction of the Holy Spiritâ â Vicky M.

Back in 1996, Vicky along with the church choir (Voice of Healing) launched their first gospel album which touched the hearts of many and managed to accomplish its purpose. So much so that Vicky saw this as her breakthrough and not long after did she begin her solo gospel music journey.

Vicky is always grateful for the wonderful parents God has blessed her with, along with her six siblings one of which produced her solo album âThatâs why I singâ.

Vicky extends her gratitude to all you gifted gospel artists out there who have been a great influence and still are. Without you and the Grace of God she wouldnât be where she is today.
