Details:
Vista are accomplished yet fresh songwriters from the South East of England. Roger being responsible for producing and programming the music and Jules taking on a lyricist role as well as vocal melodies and harmonies.

Vista have been making music since the mid 90's,from an eclectic range of influences including synth pop/dance and 60's pop/motown, with artists such as Saint Etienne and Everything But The Girl among their influences. Their album 'Catch the Sun' captures this range of styles whilst maintaining a constant thread of melodic, melancholic, original songwriting'

Their music generates solid electronic beats with bittersweet yet seductive vocals with a mood that takes you far away, as one fan described "to a corner of an Italian café under a pergola of scented orange blossom reading English poetry" - or in the case of 'Hideaway,' to a draughty reception of a quaint hotel in a sub-zero Austrian ski resort, The uplifting opener of the album, 'Rainy Day' is pure English pop dance/chill out as is the hooky 'Unpredictable.'

Both Roger and Jules live in and around the city of Norwich, England, where they have often played live to enthusiastic audiences at venues both small and large. Their songs have been featured on local radio, one of which came top of an internet song poll for bands in the area.

So if you prefer the style of Sarah Cracknell to Mariah Carey and you're a fan of electronic music with strong vocal melodies this is for you!
