Soprano Jyoungso Park was born in Seoul, Korea. She received a B.A. Degree in Voice Performing Arts from Florida International University and an Opera Theater Performance Degree from the New World Conservatory School. She earned her Master of Arts Degree at Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
Jyoungso's musical background is very impressive. She has staged in numerous operas under the baton of many leading conductors such as Maestro Willie Waters. She has also studied and been coached by Maestro Steve Crawford, of the Metropolitan Opera in New York, as well as by Maestro Cliff Jackson, Chesne Ryman, and Sara Hopkins, Jenna Young and among others. She has also performed for such great opera singers as Franco Corelli, and Jerome Hines and has held recitals throughout the United States, Central America, South America, and South Korea.
Critics have acclaimed Jyoungso's voice as being "a beautiful warm voice that touches the heart," "an angelic sound," "one great voice that is powerful, but still velvet," "a high voice that sounds like a bell."
