Details:
Nunchuk, is a newly formed energetic three piece trio playing an original style of Surfer Emo-Grunge. Based out of the Albuquerque New Mexico area, Nunchuk combines a multitude of musical styles with an unbeatable Smashing stage performance. They are guaranteed to leave their audience coming back for more!
The Surviving members of Non-Cents, (Erik Eskew on Bass and Dustin-D on guitar and vocals) decided to join forces with Ryan Sanders on Drums and together formed Nunchuk.
Since then, they have recorded their first EP, titled Even Lifeguards Drown. Recorded at The Wall of Sound Studios, Co-Produced by John Wall, Even Lifeguards Drown was released July of 2005. Nunchuk has took 1st place in three NM Battle of the Bands. Have completed a summer Tour and continue to see growth in their fan base through out the southwest.
Nunchuk is currently in the Wall of Sound Studios working on their highly anticipated upcoming full length lp.
