The Black Assassin or B.A. as he is better known hails from Gary,Ind. B.A. has been slept on as a lyricist for many years now. He started out as a mc while serving in the military in Savannah,Ga where he joined a four member group called Bum Rush Productions. (which consisted of Big Money E,Legendary,D-Loc and DJ Los)While spending years of performing and searching for a deal the group became frustrated and decided to go their seperate ways, but his passion for the the art wouldn't allow him to quite so he went solo releasing an EP in 1994 called The Slow Funk Theory and a single called Check What I'm Going Through in 1997. He then decided to take a break from recording to go to school for studio engineering to learn the ins and outs of the recording process and to form his own label called Solid Clique Entertainment. The year is now 2004 and with many disappointments behind him steming from failed business ventures to personal hardships. B.A returns to invite you all to take a walk through the storm a testament of his struggles, his faith, and his dreams. This is one album you truly have to listen to.
