Nik began his music career as the lead singer/guitar player for the skate-punk band Sweatshop Ninjas. After they went their separate ways in 2003, he began toying with hip hop. "This genre of music has really given me a chance to say what's on my mind." Inspired by John Reuben and others, Nik's songs feel raw, animated, and sometimes sarcastic. Listeners of all ages can find something they relate to in his songs covering topics from religion, sincerity, upper class America, to even the Karate Kid. He never fails to let his playful and humorous attitude thoroughly entertain the audience. Nik's passion is to encourage others in their faith by being honest and real.
