Details:
N-Z Rough is a California based Rap-Reggae band founded by Carl Wade. Wade, E. St. Louis born, left home at 14 to tour with a well known Gospel band playing bass. He later took his talents to New Orleans where he formed many bands, played all sorts of styles and toured the South. In 1984 he and Christina moved to San Diego where he founded N-Z Rough. He's played in venues such as Dennis O'Connor's "America's Cup" and Republican Party events. His style is pure reggae. His wife Christina is the original Keyboardist in N-Z Rough. They concentrate on playing the San Diego area. Christina and Carl have three sons, Dustin, Jo Jo and Little Marley. Both Dustin and Jo Jo write lyrics and Dustin sang the rap lyrics to "I'm Gonna Get You Osama!" Stephanie Bailey is a 26 year old lead vocalist who stepped in at the last moment to belt out the haunting chrous in "I'm Gonna Get You Osama!" Carl and his family have a great sense of Christ and in helping those in need and to prove it they are dedicating 3 of all the sales of their Osama album to the "Wounded Warrior Project." Thousands of our men in uniform are returning with horrible spinal injuries and the "Wounded Warrior Project" funds go to the National Spinal Association's efforts to help heal the soldiers. God Bless them and God bless America and the people of the world. So check the album out and we hope you like it.
