PurpleSunset is a husband/wife songwriter team who like to 'DEMO' their own songs.

This PurpleSunset album, "Let's Build A Fire," has 10 new original tunes and reflects our respect for such great artists like Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson, The Allmon Brothers, Linda Rondstat, Dwight Yokum, Merle Haggard and Reba MacIntire.

When Kurt and his good friend, Joe Canuel, mix it up on "Too Many Irons" and "Oregon Love", their combination of electric and acoustic guitar work deliver emotion so intense, that they become one.

A wonderful friend, Steve Elliott, delivers fine fiddle and banjo work on "Oregon Love" as well.

We were so lucky to have their input in making this, our 2nd album of original country music, a success.
