Although this trio is rooted in Folk/Rock, they bring a fresh flavour of pop and blues, to their music, using to their advantage, unusual instruments, such as sousaphone and African percussion. Combine these with the acoustic sounds of guitar, harmonica and powerful vocal harmonies, and you get a style that is fresh, energetic, passionate.

Murray's a great story-teller!! with a pen and an acoustic guitar, he really knows how to grab the listener, using biting humor, imagery, and poetic intensity!! ( Murray loves to get in his canoe and sneak up on wild animals) Not your standard melodies either, he uses lots of cool hooks and creative chord changes, giving his songs, rythmic, haunting, powerful, melody lines.

Cindy shares lead vocals with Murray, and creates the harmony lines that are part of the group's signature sound.( Cindy loves to paint her house, over and over again ! ) She's The Pucks percussionist, playing hand-drums, and other toys.. she likes to rock things up, throwing down some world-beat rythmns, likes to rip off a harp solo too!

Lloyd, the Tubaczar, knows how to deliver that funky bottom end, getting down on da bass, upright bass and the hyper cool sousaphone!! (Lloyd loves to catch giant fish, He also likes to notice different colors in the fields and trees) He drives our bus! He also plumps up the harmonies, plays acoustic guitar, and sings a tune or 2!
