The album includes the radio single 'Stay' which Paul co wrote with Chris Rea.
The DVD was recorded during Chris Rea's 'Road To Hell And Back' Farewell Tour earlier this year. It contains live acoustic performances of 'Different Planet', 'We Will Sing', 'She Could Be', and 'Far' at the Birmingham Symphony Hall on 24th April 2006.
