Paul Canetti composed his first song at age eight and has not stopped since. Having a base in classical piano, Paul taught himself guitar and fronted his first band at age 11, and has been in various bands ranging from piano-driven alternative to jam/funk to pop-rock, and has directed and sang with collegiate a cappella groups.

Now he is pursuing his musical career as a solo artist. His 3-song Demo EP was recorded and produced in his home studio, and was released in the summer of 2005. The songs are intense and intricate, while catchy and accessible. Paul describes his music as "Acoustic ROCK". While acoustic guitar is the primary instrument played, the sound is more rock-oriented than the usual mellowness often associated with the word "acoustic". Paul's goal is to be heard as an artist who is not afraid to explore the various places music will take him, and to share that exploration with whoever is willing to listen.
