Pat McNicholas is 25 years old and is on an unswerving quest for a solo career playing and singing music. He originates from Ohio, and after living and performing in Connecticut has moved to Central New Jersey. His abilities have been described as âAmazingly talented, with a strong voice ranging from Stevie Wonder to Gram Parsons that immediately captivates everyone around; and guitar playing that exhibits nothing but musicianship and musicality.â
Pat has just released an EP titled Seasons Change, which is full of catchy Pop-Folk Originals. This EP will be the jumpstart to his career in the music industry along with a chance for his entertaining mannerisms to be executed nationally. His passion for music along with his raw lyrical talent will enthrall even the most diverse audiences and is all the young singer hopes for in his aspirations to become nationally known.
With eleven years of musical experience, Pat has played around the state of Connecticut, and has performed in Boston and New Jersey exposing his talents to people of all ages at barâs like The Pigâs Eye Pub, The Abbey Lounge, Crossroads, The Olive Bar, Café Del Mondo, Uncommon Grounds Café, Jitters, The Cosmic Bean, not to mention numerous Relay For Life Fund Raisers. In the past he was part of a band called âThe Funk Upsâ which he demonstrated his ability to be versatile by playing the bass for the group. Aside from acoustic guitar and the bass he also plays the piano and is trained in classical guitar.
Pat McNicholas exhibits raw talent, not only through his strong voice but also through his mastery of instrumentation. As a lyricist he evolves everyday and will be distributing and promoting Seasons Change with live performances throughout the tri state area.
