FLASH! CREDIT CARDS AND CADILLACS MADE THE EUROPEAN WORLDWIDE MAINSTREAM COUNTRY CHARTS FOR SIX MONTHS STRAIGHT IN 2003. OF THREE THOUSAND ARTISTS, CREDIT CARDS....WAS IN THE TOP 300 FOR SIX MONTHS.

-Lenny started singing in nightclubs at the age of 13.

-Lenny was a three-time invitee by the "Temptations" to perform with them at the Oakdale Musical Theater in Wallingford.

-At the end of his final performance with the "Temptations," Lawrence Payton, recently deceased, of the band, "The Four Tops" met Lenny backstage and congratulated him on how well he sang and performed.

-Lenny, at the advice of his new friend Lawrence, then went into Trod Nossel Studio in Wallingford,CT to record some cover tunes and Lawrence said,"I want to hear your stuff, baby!"

-Traveling to Nashville, Lenny recorded for the first time on the famed "Music Row." There, working with former Middletown native, Jay Vern, Lenny started to craft his style. Seventy-five percent of Lenny's songs were recorded in six recording sessions in Nashville over a three year period.

-Then Lenny made an important association with Wayne Gamache of Wallingford, CT. who was in association with Roto Noto Music in Canada. Wayne and Lenny started writing together and out of that collaboration came such songs as: "SHE DANCES A LOT," the title track of his new CD, "COWBOY ANGEL" and, "BACHELOR OF HEARTS," "COWBOY ANGEL," "LIKE OUR LOVIN'", AND "TENNESSEE LULLABY", both on album number two, "Credit Cards and Cadillacs".

-The release, "Like our Lovin'," was Lenny's seventh single release to Canada and Europe. His first six releases, "STUCK IN THE MIDDLE," and "FIRE AND ICE," written by Connecticut artists: Wayne Gamache, Les Julian, and Stan Prosco, followed by his third release "Bachelor Of Hearts," written by Lenny Paquette and Wayne Gamache ; the re-release of"LIKE OUR LOVIN" (which has made the worldwide mainstream chart four times) By Paquette/ Gamache/D'Amato; "COWBOY ANGEL" Paquette/Gamache) and "TENNESSEE LULLABY" Paquette/ D'Amato/Gamache, have all garnered positive attention from DJs worldwide.. -"DANCES A LOT," Lenny's debut cd, appeals (as does his new release, "Credit Cards and Cadillacs") to a broad spectrum of the market. Many loyal fans say that there is something in there for everyone.

There is a Country and Western, New Country/R & B sound that sets Lenny apart from many artists - therefore the marketability of the album appeals to a broader market and/or crossover possibilities.

EUROPEAN TOUR: Lenny's European tour which began on the twenty-fifth of March 1998 and ended 14 May 1998, was a tremendous success both for Lenny's reputation as a performer, and the sales of his first album, "Dances A Lot." Lenny and his band, travelled to Italy, Spain, Turkey, Greece, Egypt, Jordan, and Sicily, Italy. The tour was sponsored by the Department of Defense. Lenny and the band, were one of only 130 bands throughout the country to be selected for this tour.

Other notable happenings........
Lenny has opened for Delbert McClinton at Toad's Place in New Haven. Lenny also was hired by Sam Moore in Nashville to sing back-up vocals on a re-released version of "I'm a Soul Man".

Lenny Paquette, along with his band opened for Ty Herndon, Jo Dee Messina, Patty Loveless and Rocochet at the Great American Music Fest at the Meadows Music Theater in Hartford, Ct., U. S. A. in June of 1998.

Already, due to advanced publicity of the Backyard Boogie choreography.

In June of 2000, Lenny's song off of his CD, "She Dances A Lot" Was played on the popular daytime soap opera, "All My Children" This song was written by Lenny Paquette and Wayne Gamache.

Lenny had a chance to travel to Kentucky in July 2000 and perform at Churchill Downs for Jamie Davis. While there, Jamie presented Lenny with new choreography to his song, "Help Me Stop My Sister From Fixing Me Up," which will appear on his next new album/CD. Jamie regularly introduces Lenny's songs to thousands of dance fans each month.

Lenny and his band then performed at The Harbor Days festival in Norwich, sponsored by Country Radio WCTY, 97.7 in Norwich. The performance was such a hit that they were subsequently invited back for 2001.

Then, WCTY booked Lenny and his band at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Montville. The Mohegan Sun audience loved the performance and were seen singing choruses to his new songs!

In December of 2000, Lenny's new song, "LIFE'S NOT THE SAME," written by Lenny Paquette and Wayne Gamache, appeared on radio stations in Europe called the European Country Music Association.

Next came a benefit for the St Jude's Children's Hospital. Stacy L. Petta, who sponsored the event at the University of Hartford, made the following comments:......."the grandest highlight of the evening was when our star performer, Lenny Paquette, sang his self-composed song entitled "Credit Cards and Cadillacs". Audience members tapped their toes and clapped along to the song, that all commented on as one that would be hard to forget.

"Lenny set the tone before the showcase even began by singing his heart out, with a patriotic punch, in his rendition of our National Anthem." COREY MYERS COUNTRY 92.5

Cory Myers, from Country 92.5, was at the St. Jude's Benefit and had this to say: "Lenny Paquette is ....... charm and Soul. With "Credit Cards and Cadillacs," he makes women forget that "diamonds are a girl's best friend." - Cory Myers, Co-host/Producer, Country 92.5, Hartford, CT.

Lenny also appeared on the mainstage at the Great American Music Festival sponsored by Country 92.5, Hartford, CT.
The Festival, at the Big E Fairgrounds in Massachusetts, attracted 30,000 fans. Lenny sang a soul-wrenching version of the National Anthem - inspiring fans to give a standing ovation one half-way through.

Cory Myers from 92.5, later seeing Lenny perform at the St. Jude's benefit, also told fans that night that "Lenny's own soulful and dynamic version of the National Anthem is unique and inspiring".

Further, Lenny's song, "Backyard Boogie" has been chosen as an alternate line dance song for the Texas Jamboree in 2004. The song also made the compulsory list in 2002.
Great things continue to happen for Lenny and his fans, and the band.

Finally, Lenny's song "Like Our Lovin" has made the worldwide mainstream chart again. In 2001, Lenny re-recorded "LIKE OUR LOVIN' " with an exciting aspiring vocalist, Kim Ley. Lenny's re-release of the song happened after other artists wanted to cover the tune. The song now has a more cross-over/pop appeal.

APRIL, MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, AND SEPTEMBER OF 2002 - LENNY MADE THE WORLDWIDE MAINSTREAM COUNTRY CHARTS six MONTHS IN A ROW. EUROPEAN DJS ARE PLAYING THE SONGS, "Like Our Lovin' " and "Tennessee Lullaby" aplenty.

17 JULY 2002 The official release date of "Credit Cards and Cadillacs" - music bred in the heartland and seasoned on the Atlantic Seaboard. The title track received praise from Cory Myers of Country 92.5 in Hartford.

REVIEW: NEW HAVEN ADVOCATE, NOV. 2002 CREDIT CARDS AND CADILLACS - "It's country but not in a bar fightin', three-legged-dog way. This is shiny and polished, very poppy, easily digestible and professional sounding fun. But, it still retains a "country" feel without coming off too cosmopolitan." There's a bit of Kenny and Eddie (Rogers and Rabbit)'s smooth vocal sound that works real well on tunes like "Don't Make Me Feel Better/" the title track and "Shenandoah Sunrise." Subtle humor runs through many tunes. ("Why Lie? I Want A beer!!" for example) This would be better on Country 92.5 rotation than that Shania Chick." CRAIG GILBERT

Another Accolade from a Musical Headliner: Gene Pitney, recently deceased, critiqued Lenny's songs and appreciated his music. Gene came to be a friend of Lenny. In Gene's exact words, "Lenny is a very talented young man who can make a major impact in Country, R & B, Pop, or the Country/Crossover genres."

Keep tuned for more milestones and............
