Delph crafted a big pop/rock sound on this, his final project. Reminiscent of U2, Tears For Fears, Sting and Peter Gabriel. Vibrant, passionate, tracks performed by top LA session artists. A remarkable odyssey through his final months with AIDS.

Details:
Paul Delph jumped into the LA music scene shortly before earning his college degree at the Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. The classic story of a phone call, a new band, plane tickets for him and his synthesizer, and a 'never look back' attitude came true for him. Singer, songwriter, producer, engineer, and studio musician, Paul's career blossomed in California, New York and London.

Early in the epidemic, Paul contracted HIV; it did not impact his productive life for nearly a decade. After his diagnosis with AIDS, he continued to work on his Music for AIDS projects until failing health forced a return to his family home at Cincinnati early in 1996.

Enthusiasm, talent, and an unswerving devotion to his music and his friends returned a wide circle of personal and professional respect. The circle grows through a music scholarship fund established in his name and expanding online connections to his life and times.

Highlights of Paul's career include performances on The Tonight Show and opening concerts for The Police, Jimmie Spheeris, Moody Blues, and Iggy Pop. TV and film scores for Universal Studios and Lorimar Pictures were also part of his repertoire.

This album was privately released to family and friends in 1996. Growing interest in Paul's legacy has made this reissue possible... digitally remastered, with a package design that features a 'mini-poster' CD insert including all lyrics, new artwork, credits and updated bio information.

Through your interest and support, five additional Paul Delph collections are currently slated for release on CD. Visit the News page on our website for more info. A major portion of funds collected from the sale of Paul's work benefits the Paul Lee Delph Memorial Music Scholarship Fund. Please contact us with any questions or to make an additional donation to the Fund.
