Well, since it is common knowledge that most bands and artists write their own bios, I won't shame myself by trying to trick you into thinking that someone else is writing my bio. I won't pretend that I can objectively critique or review my own music so; you won't be hearing any "Oh my God this guy is this or that" or "You've never heard anyone like this guy before". What I will say instead is this; I think my music means something. In this world right now there is a huge void for music that means something or stands for something and I am trying to fill that void. I believe that music is supposed to make you feel something and I believe that music should move your soul. That is what I try to do. I write songs about life, pure and simple. My lyrics are simple and sometimes just blunt but, that's how life is. You would never have a conversation with your neighbor that sounded like a romance novel or Shakespeare so why write a song that way? Don't get me wrong, I like Shakespeare but, he doesn't exactly move me to think about how I should have treated my kids or my wife when I was angry.
