I've wanted to do music all of my life; ever since I listened to the music my parents always had on as a kid and sang along at home and in the car. Something in me drives me to strive for the best in my musical ability. More recently I have realized the great opportunity for service there is with music. Since graduating high school three years ago I have written numerous tunes, recorded an album and demo cd, have performed at many local venues and open mics and have put on musical benefit shows to help out those in need. Such as victims of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, friends with large medical bills and a couple of local high school kids involved in a car accident in 2006. The whole community becomes part of the music and the cause.
I want to take that, along with my musical talents to the next level. I write about relationships, the world around me, everyday life and hope in the most honest way I know how. People have really responded to that.
