Currently known as Elliot's Mess, the band convinced singer Chris Engel that a more toned down name would be beneficial. Although he ranted, raved and even called A&R from various labels for their own supportive opinions he finally decided the band was right.
This is the first CD from this central Illinois band. Could very well become a collectors item. They are currently on a statewide club tour, that launched in Hoopeston, IL and will take them to every small to mid-size club in the state.Look for Elliot's Mess to come to your area.
This is actually one of three CD's that have been completed by the band. The band says right now they are more concerned with playing live than recording. Eventually though they will find themselves back in the studio to record their catalog of more than 40 originals. Many of which they play live.
Their live show is a four hour long set that boasts the best of their originals and many of their favorite songs. From Johnny Cash - Neil Young from The Eagles - Jimmy Eat World, they seem to play what they like. They just jam with lots of crowd pleasers and they really work a crowd. If you are out on the town for a party then look for Elliot's Mess, you won't be disappointed.
