Piss Ant is a rock band that rips the girl fronted image to shreds and leaves audiences screaming for more. Attention to Piss Ant has culminated over the past year due to various TV show appearances. Past spotlights include; VH1 "Porn to Rock". E! Entertainment "Hollywood Nights", Playboy TV's "Sex Court", an in-depth interview on House of Blues online radio and Friends or Lovers (USA Network).

Piss Ant was born as gnarled guitar sounds and guttural vocals. Amy Brandt on bass never holds back, she plays it like she lives it- honest and raw. Josi Kat's vocals pack a provocative punch, she dishes out plenty of punk attitude with her band girl strut and sassy, sometimes raunchy lyrics. Jeff Duarte's Drums are so powerful, they are fierce. Dave Foster on guitar, knows how to mix of riff-laden almost hypnotic sounds. Describing the musical style, "It's garage rock, but with a punk edge," explains Jeff.
