The Angelus is a âplace to live, to love, to learnâ. It is home for severely handicapped persons who are not able to care for themselves. All of the residents and students have cerebral palsy and all use wheelchairs. Some are non-verbal, some are blind, some are deaf, some are mentally retarded, some have normal intelligence, but all understand and need kindness and love.

100 of the proceeds from these recordings go to 'The Angelus'; JoDell recorded it in the fall of 2010 with some very top shelf musicians, all of whom donated their time and talent for the project.

When also asked to get onboard, world renowned, Nashville based cartoonist and fellow supporter of The Angelus, Guy Gilchrist (Nancy, Today's Dogg) stepped up to the plate (with no questions asked) and hit a grand slam by providing not only the CD cover art but also two of his own original, Christmas-themed songs.

Robert Garofallou and Dan Hetzel engineered these tracks at the International Academy of Design and Technology; Dr. Karen O'Donnell (President), Elaine Neri (Admissions) and Robert Garofallou (Department Chair, Audio Production) very graciously donated the school's recording facilities.

Mastering, additional recording and mixing was done by Jim Morris at Morrisound Recording, Tampa, FL.
