Jamaican born John Marlow aka "Positive" is a singer and songwriter for over ten years and recently started producing over the last three years. " I consider myself a concious reggae artist who's always putting in 100 and more in anything musical". says Positive and
growing up in Jamica where Reggae is the countrys heart beat, and being influenced by some of his close friends made him persue singing on a more professional level.

He has recorded a few singles in the past along with "Louie Culture" another well known artist in Jamaica before migrating to the US where he now resides.

Making music is intimate to Positive and the lack of finding reggae musicians to work with forced him into production for himself as well as other artistes hence his new Indie label "N'ergy (pronounced energy) Productions.

"ALPHA" his first compilation CD is a combination of "lovers rock" with a "dancehall" twist and is currently being played in the clubs in New York and getting airplay on a few radio stations. He is currently in the studios working on other upcoming projects and aim to take reggae music to yet another level.
