About our name...Butterflies in My Stomach...
Why BIMS?
âBecause we love that sensation and all those things which give us butterflies in...:))It is the most powerful sensation that human beings can ever feel. One cannot premeditate it, one cannot prepare oneself to "encounter" it, for one never knows when it bursts out. You live this sensation when your desire for something possesses you, when you think the world is petrified around you, awaiting the issue of the moment that you have just lived, but you just don't know what to do with the remains the instant has deeply carved into your soul. It is that sensation turning you into a claustrophobic in the open air, that something drying your throat and making your hands tremble, your feet ceasing to obey you... And the world entire becomes a solid rock placed right upon your chest. The ghost of a smile flutters upon your face, on command, no matter how happy, or how crying without tears you may be, how wishing to die and be born again, to a completely different life...
Drily, the Romanians call this sensation âemptiness in my stomachâ, but it is closer to what the English call âbutterflies in my stomach.â
