This channeling session was the first recording session at Barbaraâs sonâs recording studio, Studio J (http://www.studio-j.jp), in the beginning of 2008. She sat on the floor and meditated for a few minutes until the Grandmothers entered her body. They first called in the  power of the four directions while speaking in their ancient language. This was followed by about ten minutes of healing tones ranging from low guttural sounds to undulating high pitch tones that resonate in your body.

A Grandmother herself, her history includes an eighteen year career in television production that opened her senses and made her keenly aware of peopleâs energy expression, body language and the dynamics of personal dialogue.
