For a few years I have thought about what I would include on this Cd and what Susan would. My priority was getting as much of Susans music published as possible within the parameters of sound quality and length of Cd.
These 16 songs were taken from live, practice and studio tapes. Therefore, the sound quality varies as does the accompaniment. Most of the songs are of Susan and a guitar,the best way to really hear a singer/songwriter. Some of Susans friends contributed vocals or guitar during the original recordings. These songs provide the listener with a wide range of Susan Udells abilities, talent and most of all a peek into her heart. Susan wrote her life into her songs. Heartbreak, hope, a lot of pain and the comfort of friends. These and much more are preserved for her friends, fans and family in these songs. It took me 11 years to get this done but I am so glad I did. These songs are part of Susans legacy, I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
